Paragon Solar Energy is currently looking for a growth minded Sales and Design Person to join our team full time.   

We work to educate the public on the benefits of solar energy and design systems that are cost efficient and look great on our clients homes.

Our new team member will be responsible for meeting with clients promoting the benefits of solar and our company's vision, designing and pricing a solar energy system that will meet the clients needs as well as satisfy utility requirements. We are looking for a self starter who will develop a client list as well as work with our existing systems. This team member will be the main point of contact for our customers through the entire process from initial consult to project wrap up ensuring our high standards are met throughout.

Requirements:

-experience in solar sales, design or installation

-above average communication skills

-desire to learn, and continue to learn as the markets change

-Proficient with computers

-Ideally experienced with Monday and Aurora, but willing to train

 

Wage to be discussed with successful candidates upon interview. Will be commensurate with experience
